There are things I can afford to skip.
But these? These are non-negotiable for me — especially if I want to show up
fully for my day.

✅ Water – I start with it. I end with it. I don't argue with it.
✅ Sleep – I guard it. No badge for late nights here.
✅ Movement – Not gym membership. Just movement — stretch, walk, bend.
✅ Quiet Time – To pray. Reflect. Hear myself think.
✅ Boundaries – I don't explain as much anymore. I just choose peace.
These are small decisions. But added together, they create a better version of
me. And that’s the goal — not perfection, but consistency.
